HVAC Record

HVAC Record is an AvanVision directory project run by Amin Mohseni. The goal is simple: build contractor pages that behave more like public records than SEO listicles.

Each page is designed around source-backed facts: licensing status, public business data, Google Places API records where permitted, and primary research calls for pricing and response-time data. If a provider ranking does not have a defensible source trail, it does not get published.
